I had a issue with my order and was kind of annoyed, but they helped me out quick. It was sorted faster than I was expecting, so that was good

I picked up a few garden plants here, the prices were better than I expected. Compared to a couple of other places I’ve been to recently, these looked just as healthy, if not better, and cost less. Felt like a really good value for the money...

I’m glad I joined. It’s been a good experience so far.

The plants showed up in decent shape, so no real complaints there. But the delivery came a day later than it originally said, which was annoying because I had to stay home and keep checking for it. It just felt like more effort than it should’ve been for a simple order. I might order again, but I’d be a little hesitant.

I used Armstrong Garden for some landscape design help, and it was a bit disappointing overall. The first meeting was fine, maybe even nice, but after that it felt like communication got kind of slow. I had to follow up a couple times just to get updates. The design itself was okay, not terrible or anything, but it didn’t really feel like it matched everything I’d asked for. A few parts were just sort of off. The pricing also wasn’t super clear until later, which was frustrating. Maybe other people have a better experience, but I probably wouldn’t use them again...

They did end up helping me, but the whole experience felt kind of rude. I also had to keep verifying myself over and over, which got really frustrating after a while. By the end, I was just glad it was done.

I was a little stressed about waiting for the refund, but it came through quickly. Definitely made me feel a lot better about the whole thing.

Overall, the plants look good and my wife even said the yard looks a lot better than before. That said, the crew showed up later than expected and left some dirt on the walkway when they were done. I also noticed a couple of the plants were a bit crooked. Not a terrible experience, just felt kind of average

The plants were grouped in a way that actually made sense, and the signs were helpful, so I didn’t feel lost like I sometimes do at other nurseries. The paths were also super clean, which I appreciated. That said, there was a moment where I felt brushed off, and I kind of expected at least a quick apology. Overall it was still a nice visit, but that part stood out to me.

The others perked up after a few days of watering, so it wasn’t a total loss. The packaging was decent, but I expected the plants to look fresher when they arrived. Parking was super easy when I got there, with plenty of spots close by. The store was simple to navigate too, no hassle with carts or trying to find the entrance or anything. Just a nice, quick visit overalll

I went to one of the weekend garden workshops at Armstrong, it was such a nice experience. It wasn’t stiff or overly formal at all, just practical tips I could actually picture using at home, like how often to water, where to place certain plants, what kind of soil helps, how to keep herbs from getting sad, little pruning tricks, all that kind of stuff. The person leading it was really patient too and answered all my random questions, even the ones that felt kind of basic, like why my basil always dies or whether I’m overwatering everything or if a plant can get too much sun. I never felt rushed or silly for asking. I ended up leaving with a few plants, some useful ideas, and way more confidence than I expected. I’d definitely go again

I went in with my sad-looking roses hoping for some guidance, and the staff definitely knew what they were talking about. They gave me simple advice that actually worked, which I appreciated. That said, I did feel a little dismissed while I was asking questions, like they were rushing me or assuming it was obvious. Glad my roses are doing better, but I wish the experience had felt a bit more patient.
